You must read and agree to the terms and conditions before you can become an active member of this site.
Any person or entity ("user or subscriber") accessing the Serious Cricket Coaching web site (the "site" or "service") or any of the information contained herein agrees to and is bound by the following terms and conditions of this Serious Cricket Coaching web site terms of use ("agreement"):
This Agreement is a legal agreement between the User and Serious Cricket for the Services you subscribe to. These Services include the website infrastructure, data storage mechanisms, databases and related designs, content, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Customer Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Customer Agreement, you are not authorised to use the Serious Cricket Coaching Services.
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Use will be effective only if in writing and signed by Serious Cricket Coaching.
Players under the age of 18 must wear a protective cricket helmet when batting against a hard ball and when standing up to the stumps keeping wicket.
Serious Cricket Coaching cannot accept responsibility for any injury sustained while following or as a result of any of the advice offered on this site.

Serious Cricket Coaching and your Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:
- your name
- address
- phone number
- email address
We don't take or see at any time your credit/debit card details as they are entered directly on the Secure Hosting website and are completely secure at all times.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
Member Account, Password and Security
You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Serious Cricket Coaching of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Serious Cricket Coaching cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.
Downloads
Coaching Tips and Drills video downloads will be available for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. You must ensure you download your videos to your PC upon purchase. Should you fail to download the purchased video(s) within 30 days you would be required place a new order to buy them again.
Copyright and Trademark
All materials on this site ("Online Materials"), including, without limitation, names, logos, trademarks, service marks, images, articles, columns, graphics, photographs, illustrations, artwork, audio clips, video clips, software, and other elements making up the Service are protected by copyrights and other intellectual property rights owned and controlled by Serious Cricket or by other parties that have licensed their material to Serious Cricket.
Except as specifically provided herein, no Online Materials may be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, or otherwise used for any purpose, without the prior written permission of their respective owners. You may not add, delete, distort, or otherwise modify the content on this site. Any unauthorised attempt to modify any Online Material, to defeat or circumvent Serious Cricket Coaching’s security features, or to utilise this site for other than its intended purposes is prohibited.
Members are given permission to print copies of articles for internal, information dissemination use only providing these are not stored, archived or otherwise kept for reference in either physical or electronic storage systems.
All Serious cricket Coaching services are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The use of the site Services are licensed, not sold.
Photography & Video
Permission for the use of photographs and recorded images
When an account is created for a young player under the age of 18 the Parent or Legal Guardian must tick the box on the Create Account page to confirm they accept the following:
Serious Cricket recognises the need to ensure the welfare and safety of all young people in cricket. As part of this commitment we will not permit photographs, video images or other images of young people to be used without the consent of the Parent/Guardian and the young player. Serious Cricket will follow the guidance issued by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) on the use of images of young people and will take steps to ensure that these images are used solely for the purpose they are intended.
All video footage once received will remain the property of Serious Cricket Coaching.com and will in no way be used for any other purpose unless permission is given. The footage will be stored securely and disposed of after 30 days unless otherwise directed.
