Do I need any special software to playback the videos I can buy from this site?
You will need software on your PC or Mac that is capable of playing MP4 files. Mac / PC users who have iTunes and/or QuickTime installed will already have the necessary software to play our videos. If you do not have software capable of running MP4 videos installed on your PC then we would recommend downloading Apple's QuickTime Player software (it's free) from here:
http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/I get an error when I try to play your videos in Windows Media Player?
Currently Windows Media Player does not support the MP4 format. If you are a PC user and your PC attempts to play our videos in Windows Media Player you will get an error. You will need to play the video with MP4 compatible software. If you do not have software capable of running MP4 videos installed on your PC then we would recommend downloading Apple's QuickTime Player software (it's free) from here:

How soon after placing an order can I download the cricket coaching video tips and drills?
The 'Coaching Tips and Drills' videos will be available to download immediately after successful payment.
Please also note, that your downloads will be available for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure you download to your PC upon purchase. If you fail to download your video within 30 days you will need to purchase the video again.
